Here is something to chew about.
Apart from being cursed by the subordinates, managers don't get paid too....
No wonder they are grumpy and killjoys ... :)
My sympathies with them and sincerely hope conditions will improve in future.
Why?.... do you think this sudden show of love to the much hated, excel pushing community..Cause one day yours truly will also may become part of the same community.
There is no way I can avoid being hated by the team (its the age old custom, a manager must always be despised.Management is always wrong). But at least if I make enough money to drown that hatred in materialistic pleasures, I'll be happy..... I think....
