I am sure IHF would be keen to use the same tactics in forthcoming home tournaments.

Look at this. If you can't beat them fair and square, make them spend sleepless nights on sofas and floor without any facilities and then try to beat them.
IHF seems to have come up with a novel strategy. Shameful !!!
